Entrance Area
The entrance area will house a small retail section that will highlight all of our core team , incubatees and local support for business.
This area is about 500 sq. feet and will act as a welcome center for Pontiac and offer new and interesting projects and products from Workfly.

Cafe ^ Entrance
This cafe area serves the purpose of introducing new members to our space through acoustic performances on Fridays 9pm-12am, along with coffee house services.
Community Collaboration Center
This area will serve as the meeting spot for all of the inhabitants of the incubator. We will have speakers, workshops and entertainment that will definately be one of a kind.
Creative Machine ~ 2nd Floor
This space will be the creative core, where all of the graphics support, web design, and branding will flow from. This 1000 sq. ft space will act as strategy and launch.
Yoga ~ 3rd Floor Front> Ajna Yoga
Start-up Central: 1st Floor Back
This area will hold a conferance room along with 10 other start-up stations. Each of our stations will be roughly 6 x 6 space. This space is roughly 1000 sq. ft.
Therapeutic Massage ~ 3rd Floor Rear
Underground
The basement space will be equipped with over 13 start-up spots. This space is envisioned to hold 6 to 7 programmers to assist in all web-development.
The total basement space is over 2200 sq.ft. and will create an audio studio to complement the video.
